Lost / Missing order or items : Please make sure to reach out to your postal provider first with your tracking information to make sure it’s actually lost or missing first, and not just slow in transit.

Wrong or Damaged item: Please take some photos of the wrong or damaged item , just in case I need to ask for some in my follow up email,  to send to the distributor.
